What we do
A gift concierge that learns the recipient. A structured intake about the partner, their style, sizes, what they have mentioned wanting, what they already own, what they dislike, and what previous gifts landed well or badly, and the profile improves after every occasion. Dates are tracked with lead time that accounts for shipping, and three specific options are proposed two weeks before each occasion with the reasoning explained, so the giver chooses rather than delegates. Ordering, wrapping and a handwritten card are handled, and delivery is timed to the day.
Who we built it for
Partners, predominantly though not exclusively men aged 28 to 55, who care a great deal and are genuinely bad at gifts, and who currently panic-buy on the day.
The problem
A significant number of people find gift-giving genuinely difficult.
They forget dates, or remember late, or buy something generic that lands badly, and the emotional cost is real on both sides.
Gift guides are useless because they do not know the recipient.
